Ethanol adsorption on defect Ag(111) sites is published in JVSTA as a featured article
A Baber Lab collaboration on ethanol adsorption at Ag(111) defect sites was published as a featured article in the Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology A.
JMU undergraduates used high-resolution UHV-TPD and density functional theory to study how undercoordinated Ag(111) defect sites affect ethanol adsorption. The work was a collaboration between Dr. Baber’s chemistry lab and Dr. Laci Letchworth-Weaver’s physics group at JMU.
